- Training has been provided to 75 sawmill owners and staff on sawmill and wood processing.
- 10 training manual prepared on bamboo branch cutting, tissue culture, Goalpata nursery, nursery pest and disease management etc.
- Tissue culture protocol development initiated for 8 threatened species (Sandal Wood, Rakton, Haldu, Sada Garjan, Boilam, Sidha Jarul, Padok, Ritha).
- 34 research studies (Forestry theme 18 nos. and Wildlife theme 16 nos.) are in progress and Researchers has submitted 12 final and 10 draft final research reports to PMU.
