- The World Bank has recommended the formulation of a Site Specific Plan (SSP) at the beginning of the implementation of the forestry activities taken under this project. Accordingly, the Site Specific Plan (SSP) of 103960 ha SSP completed and after screening is underway using Dashboard.
- SSP activities are going on at the spot using 200 Blackview tabs provided by 656 forest officers/employees trained at the field level.
- A dashboard has been prepared to monitor and approve SSP activities online. In this approval process, the user accounts of all the officers working at the field level from bit officer to divisional forest officer are being opened.
- An index map of 324 forest bits has been prepared.
