- Site Specific Plans are prepared for each of the plantation sites and brought to the ODK based online platform including Dashboard for approval process;
- Integrated Forest Management Plans focusing Collaborative Forest Management approach are prepared for three (3) Forest Divisions [Targeted divisions: Chattogram North Forest Division, Coastal Forest Divisions Patuakhali, Dhaka Forest Division] in collaboration with three Management Plan Divisions (Dhaka, Chattogram and Khulna);
- One (01) PA Management Plans are developed for enhancing wildlife and PA management (Modhutila EP);
- Draft collaborative forest management rule developed;
- Report of the ecosystem service valuation of selected PAs are used in policy making;
- 103,960.0 ha restoration (re/afforestation) target proposed in RDPP instead of 85,030.0 ha in DPP using selected indigenous species.
- 61,105.0 ha of degraded and denuded forest lands including 2,500.0 ha wildlife habitat in 19 Pas and 1,140.0 ha corridor of PA (explained below) are restored by indigenous sppecies in the plain land and hill forests through ANR/Enrichment/mixed, medicinal, fodder and NTFP underplanting under collaborative forest management approach;
- 42,855.0 ha accreted coastal areas covered by afforestation to create a belt of trees as a barrier against seaborne storms;
- 08 endangered wildlife species brought under species conservation Program (Elephant, Shark & Ray, Vulture, Dolphin, Gharial, SB Sandpiper, Avifauna Conservation (a. Birds of Prey; b. Asian Flyway of Migratory Birds Survey; c. Bird Census and Ringing);
- Wildlife and PA management activities enhanced in 32 PAs; [Appendix-15.1]
- Red Listing of 1,000 plants has been accomplished;
- 90 nos. of officers and staffs are offered training on Social and Environmental Safeguards.
- 1,230 Community members are trained on Social and Environmental Safeguards from 615 villages.
- SMART Patrolling is introduced departmentally in selected 09 PAs;
- Invasive Alien Species (IAS) control plan prepared in 05 PAs;
- Bird census including bird ringing are carried out in the country and measures taken for enhancing birds of prey conservation;
- Shark and Ray including other important species conservation strategy and non-detrimental findings (NDF) of 4 spp. prepared (CITES appendix II species);
- Measures taken to reduce human and Elephant conflict by involving Elephant Response Team as per approve Elephant Conservation Action Plan;
- 93 nos. office and residential buildings of 26,262.60 sqm are newly constructed and Old BFD HQ of 6,833.00 sqm renovated;
