On August 31, 2020, the Public Works Department and Forest Department signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Estimated total cost of construction as per approved DPP (2nd Revised) is BDT 1,610.77 ML and total number of buildings are 93 . 53 buildings handed over, 29 buildings ready for handover and remaining 11 buildings under construction at final stage.

ক) জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের প্রভাব মোকাবেলায় উপকূলীয় এলাকায় সফট স্টোরি নির্মাণ,
খ) শহর এলাকার মূল্যবান জমি বিবেচনা করে বিভাগীয় বন কর্মকর্তা ভবনের জন্য ২তলা স্থানে ৪তলা বিশিষ্ট ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্থাপন,
গ) স্থাপত্য নকশা এবং খরচ প্রাক্কলন,
(ঘ) আগারগাঁওয়ে বন বিভাগের প্রধান কার্যালয়ে একটি অতিরিক্ত তলা নির্মাণ,
Architectural design plans for construction work have been prepared by the department of Architecture. Structures of the architectural design of protected area is in progress. Construction work is going on as per rate schedule 2018 of Public Works Department. Digital survey and soil test of all buildings have been completed respectively except protected areas. ESMPs are developed for each building to ensure environmental protection.
