IUCN Bangladesh has organized three Capacity building Training Workshop on Red List Assessment Process during October 2020, December 2020 and September 2021.  A total of 74 participants received training on Red List Assessment process. Participants included academicians, plant taxonomists, officials from BFD, BNH etc. In these workshops, participants received training on the global and regional IUCN Red List Assessment Category and Criteria from the renowned international Red List trainers, with an aim to follow the similar red listing of plant species assessment in Bangladesh aligning with the global standards.
